Resume builder

Yeah, we used to have just a rich text field for them to enter their resume. But they never entered in format how ceo wanted it. So now they enter in "meta" data and I format into a format that she likes.

I have a dynamic table with Year, title and responsibility. each is a multi-value field. Then I have a "resume generator" that loops through that data and generates a word document in the format that my CEO wants. But she has update our resume annually, and some people have been with the company for 20 some years. So the "current responsibilities" is getting huge.
